Settlement, 1891 and 1901
Aqa Mirza Muhammad Husayn, son of the late Haji Muhammad Ibrahim from Varnusfadiran of Isfahan, exchanges some properties in Varnusfadiran as well as some share of water for one hundred and sixty five tumans, with two kharvars [unit of weight] wheat, one hundred dinars, and one sir [unit of weight] of Isfahan's crystal candy for the detriment clause. Dated October 8, 1891. On the margin: "In May or June 1892, ‘Ibad Allah settled the above garden to the mother of Aqa Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, for one hundred dinars and some wheat. Settlement bewteen [illegible] Khanum, mother of Aqa Muhammad Haji Khan and wife of Muhammad Karim Khan Sartip [the brigadier], and Aqa ‘Abbas, son of Haj Muhammad Mahdi Sultan, exchanging some described properties in Varnusfadiran village, one of the triple villages of Marbin in Isfahan, for five hundred and twenty-five tumans and one hundred dinars, with some Muhubin wheat for the detriment clause. Settlement between Haydar ‘Ali, son of the late Muhammad, Muhammad ‘Ali, son the late Muhammad Riza, and Fatimah Khanum, daughter of the late Muhammad Riza, all from Varnusfadiran village, and Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from the same village, exchanging a piece of land located at Muzaffari Farvand in Dashtandah plain, for fifty tumans and one hundred dinars, with forty misqals of Muhubin wheat for the detriment clause.

Settlement between Haydar ‘Ali, son of the late Muhammad Ibn Muhammad Riza, and Muhammad ‘Ali, son of the late Muhammad Riza from Varnusfadiran, and Haj Muhammad Riza Khan, son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from the same village; they exchange a piece of land for thirteen tumans, one qiran, and five shahis and set the payment of one hundred dinars and forty misqals [unit of weight] wheat as a condition in case of detriment. Khavar Sultan, wife of Aqa Haydar ‘Ali and mother of Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali, has confirmed and signed this settlement. On verso: "settlement belongs to Haji Khan."

Mashhadi Qadam‘ali, son of the late Fath‘ali from Varnusfadiran, has sold a piece of land in the Dashtandah plain and some shares of water to Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from Varnusfadiran, for fifty tumans, one hundred dinars, with forty misqals [unit of weight] wheat for the detriment clause, dated September 17, 1918. On verso: "On April 26, 1924, Haji Khan has sold half of the above property to his brother, Vali Khan, for twenty five tumans."

Settlement of Khavar Sultan, daughter of the late Mashhadi Mir and wife of Haydar ‘Ali from Varnusfadiran, on behalf of her underage children, with Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of Mirza ‘Abbas from the same village; they exchange a piece of land in Farvand Muzaffari for eleven tumans and one hundred dinars, with forty misqals of Muhubin wheat for the detriment clause. Khavar Sultan's husband, Aqa Haydar ‘Ali, has guaranteed this settlement.
